Returns Policy

We’re confident you will be happy the products you purchase from the Inner Home store, however, if you find that this is not the case when you receive your order, you can return it to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

To cancel or return your order, please email a member of our customer service team at help@innerhome.co.uk.

Returned items must be in their original packaging, with all parts included and in a re-saleable condition. Once received back at our returns depot and inspected, a refund will be issued in due course. If you need any assistance with this or have any questions, you can email our customer services team or speak to them immediately via our live chat on the website.

As the purchaser, you are responsible for arranging the return shipping and all associated fees. You are also responsible for the safe return of your order. 

If you need assistance returning your order, we can collect for a pre-agreed fee. Otherwise, you can arrange to return the items yourself. If we organise the courier service for collecting your returns, we will deduct the pre-agreed fee from your refund.

As the purchaser, you have the responsibility to ensure the items are adequately packaged in order to avoid damage on return.

When ordering, please check the dimensions of all of the products to ensure access is not a problem during delivery. Any item returned to us with the courier, for this reason, will be charged for the shipping fee for this. We will deduct this fee off your refund.

Returning Damaged Items

All products are quality checked before dispatch. We ask that you also inspect the item as soon as it is delivered to you.

In the rare case that an item is delivered with any imperfections or damage, we ask that you let us know within 24hours of receiving your parcel. Outside of this period, damages will be deemed to have happened after the delivery event. We encourage our customers to check items in the presence of the delivery driver before signing for the delivery. Send items back with the driver if in the rare event you are unsatisfied due to the damage.

Processing refunds

Once we have received your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 working days. Please allow an additional 5 days for your bank account to be credited. For security reasons, we are only able to refund the original method of payment used when purchasing the product.

If you used PayPal to pay for your order, your money will go back to your PayPal account balance.

Many of our trusted suppliers offer products that are handcrafted and made to order, this means there are expected slight variations to the products – when this is the case, we will refer to this in the product description.

Before ordering, ensure you have the tools to build products that need assembling. When you receive the goods that require assembly, prior to installing, it is important to check the instructions and any parts listed to ensure you have all the relevant parts. Unfortunately, we cannot refund items that have been poorly fitted, nor can we be held responsible for any consequences of miss-fitting our products. Therefore, we recommend that you employ the help of experienced joiners and electricians when assembling our products.
